4. PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY

4.1 Coaching + Group Programs

All coaching and group program purchases are final and non-refundable.

4.2 Digital Products

Digital downloads are refundable only if the product is defective or inaccessible.

4.3 Retreats, Workshops & Events

Unless stated otherwise in the event-specific agreement:
• Payments and deposits are non-refundable.
• If Rebellion Collective Co. cancels or reschedules an event, participants will receive full credit toward a future event of equal or lesser value.
• If a participant withdraws due to verified emergency circumstances, credit toward a future event may be offered at the sole discretion of Rebellion Collective Co.
• Credits hold no cash value and cannot be transferred without written approval.

This policy protects the integrity and financial reality of high-touch, capacity-limited events.

5. TRAUMA-INFORMED COACHING SCOPE OF PRACTICE

Rebellion Collective Co. offers trauma-informed coaching and education. These services are not psychotherapy, clinical trauma treatment, medical care, or crisis intervention.

Rebellion Collective Co. does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or provide emergency care. Clients must seek licensed professional support for:

• suicidal or homicidal ideation
• PTSD flashbacks outside a coaching window
• addiction detox/crisis
• psychosis or dissociation
• mental health emergencies

Participation requires emotional readiness and personal responsibility.

6. NO GUARANTEES

Client results vary. Coaching outcomes depend on individual capacity, effort, external life conditions, and engagement. Rebellion Collective Co. does not guarantee specific financial, emotional, creative, or professional outcomes.

7. USE OF EXTERNAL PLATFORMS

Purchasing, scheduling, and communication may occur through:
Stripe, HoneyBook, Substack, ConvertKit (Kit), Zoom, and related systems.

Users are responsible for reviewing their terms and policies.
Rebellion Collective Co. is not liable for failures, errors, or outages on third-party platforms.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website and within programs (including frameworks, writing, audio, digital files, structure, and branding) is owned by Rebellion Collective Co.

No reproduction, distribution, or derivative works are permitted without written consent.
